Returning my order

We are happy to refund any goods returned in their original condition and within 28 days of the dispatch date and with a copy of the sales invoice with the returns section clearly completed

If my watch is faulty what should I do?

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team at service@accurist.co.uk or call (020) 7447-3945 for help.

Will I be charged VAT?

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.

What if I am resident in the Channel Islands?

Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not charged VAT. This is because the Channel Islands aren't part of the EC VAT territory. Channel Island residents shipping products to mainland addresses will be charged VAT.

How long will it take to ship my watch?

We aim to deliver good within 7 working days. Please allow 2 extra working days where Bank Holidays occur.

How much does delivery cost?

For up to 2 watches, Standard delivery is free of charge.  Express delivery is £7.00

Do we ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately we are not yet set up to ship outside the UK but we aim to start international deliveries soon.

Can we advise you when out of stock items are back in stock?

Our stocks change daily and as our system is live we are unable to advise when specific styles/colours become available – we advise to continue checking the site.
